Most of the storm 3 unsubbable moves are also unblockable as well. Storm 4 doesn't have moves that are unsubbable, Storm 3 does. Storm 4 has more variety of characters than Storm 3 due to combo changes in some characters. Storm 3 is largely unbalanced, Storm 4 is more balanced. Storm 3 is built for noobs who only care about all flash and no bang while Storm 4 was built to be easy to learn and hard to master, having a good balance of visual aesthetics and gameplay.
